01. Booking &

Appointments

  • All appointments can be booked through our online booking site. You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is secured.

  • Yes! A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% of the remaining balance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%.

  • We allow a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling.

  • Yes! One reschedule is permitted per deposit, and the new appointment must fall within 30 days of your original appointment.

  • All services are by appointment only.

02. Lash Services

  • We offer natural, hybrid, volume, wet, and wispy sets. If you're unsure which style best suits your eyes, we can help determine the best look based on your eye shape, natural lashes, and desired results.

  • Lash extensions shed naturally with your lash cycle. Fills are typically recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

  • We currently do not accept foreign fills. A removal and new full set will be required.

  • A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them, while extensions add length, fullness, and definition.

  • Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.

03. Brow Services

  • Brow lamination helps redirect and smooth the brow hairs for a fuller, more polished appearance. Brow shaping focuses on mapping and removing unwanted hair to define your natural brow shape.

  • Results typically last 4–6 weeks, depending on your hair growth and aftercare.

  • Absolutely! Brow tinting can be added to select brow services for extra definition.

  • Patch testing is recommended 48–72 hours before certain lash and brow treatments, especially for first-time clients.

04. Studio & Payments

  • We are located inside Phenix Salon Suites in New Hyde Park, Long Island. Detailed arrival instructions are provided with your booking information.

  • Cash and Zelle are preferred. Card payments are also accepted with an additional processing fee.

  • Yes! Lashly offers gift cards available for in-studio pickup. Gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion! Please contact us in advance to arrange your purchase and pickup.

05. Lashly Academy

  • No prior lash or brow experience is required for beginner courses. However, applicable state licensing requirements must be met before offering professional services.

  • Our trainings are private, one-on-one sessions designed to provide personalized instruction and hands-on experience.

  • Yes! Payment plans are available, with the remaining balance due by your scheduled training date.

  • Yes! Students receive a certificate of completion, a professional kit, and ongoing mentorship.
