Hi beauties! I'm Ashley Landin, the 24-year-old founder, licensed esthetician, and beauty educator behind Lashly.

Growing up in Queens, New York, surrounded by a family of entrepreneurs, I always had a love for beauty. From doing my friends' hair and makeup to experimenting with different looks, I knew the beauty industry held a special place in my heart.

My passion for lash extensions began through my own personal experience. Growing up Asian, I often struggled to find lash styles that complemented my eye shape. Everything changed when I met a lash artist who shared similar eye features and understood how to enhance them. She became the first person to teach me classic lash extensions, inspiring me to pursue a career of my own.

In 2021, at just 19 years old, I became certified in lash extensions and began welcoming clients into my home. By 2022, I opened my first salon suite in Garden City, Long Island, all while balancing college classes, clients, and business education.

Although I originally pursued a career in psychology, my passion for entrepreneurship and beauty continued to grow. I went on to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Marketing, while continuing to build Lashly into the brand it is today.

Now, five years later, I'm a licensed esthetician specializing in customized lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow artistry, with a private beauty studio located in New Hyde Park, Long Island.

Through Lashly Academy, I've also expanded my passion into education, offering private, hands-on training and mentorship to aspiring beauty professionals looking to build a career of their own.

What started as a passion has become so much more than a business. Lashly is a reflection of my dedication to artistry, growth, and creating an experience where every client feels beautiful, confident, and genuinely cared for.
